    Tommybananas8,

I really wish you would post all of your questions in one thread, in the hangers section. Your own thread.

    >How do I know if the hanger is too close to my head?<

You want a solid attachment. You want at least a quarter inch gap between the coronal ridge, and the hanger, as seen from the side, midline of the shaft.

    >I seems to slide down to rest right behind the head, although it is not putting excessive pressure on it.<

If the hanger is moving down more than about a quarter inch after adding the weight, then you do not have a solid attachment. You have not tightened effectively enough to grasp the internals sufficiently, for the weight you are hanging.

    Bigger

    Hanger head distance

    Hi bib,

How do I know if the hanger is too close to my head? I seems to slide down to rest right behind the head, although it is not putting excessive pressure on it.
