    Hi All, Bigger,

    I've been down in the dumps a bit with some depression and not been having many good days but for some reason have found motivation to do what it takes to refine technique, utilise time and hang effectively and safely as possible.

    i have been blessed with some good girth and really just want to get that impressive length to go with it.
    BPEL is at 6"
    i usually only have 3 hours 7 days a week to hang but i think on the weekend to put more time in.
    i assume 21 hours a week of hanging isn't, quite as effective?

    Gonna do my best to abstain from anything that will bring any girth gains.

    strictly length and attacking the lower angles as much as possible

    May need to get my technique looked at correctly, what email do i send the pics to, also what are the 4 pics required?

    That is plenty. Do NOT add more than one extra set each day on the weekends.

    I need four pictures only.

    1. Wrapped bundle taken from the top of the shaft. Grasp the head and stretch out the shaft.

    2. Bottom hex nut adjustments, taken from the bottom of the hanger.

    3. Attachment point, hanger on, not tightened, taken from the top of the shaft.

    4. Hanging pictures, taken from the top of the shaft. I must be able to see the head.

    Please indicate the set in which the pictures were taken; 1st, 2nd, last, etc.

    Be sure to detail any problems you are having, so that I can address them.

    Be sure to attach the pictures to the email. Do NOT embed them.

      I will take the technique pics and send them through.

      To give an update, had some progress with my penis exiting a bit lower than i started and also a change in my LOT to more 9:30
      Currently still hanging BTC at 7kg, minimum of 3 sets a night with the time i have available.
      More determined to refine technique and make more gains.

      Seem to be having an issue where the tip of the head seems to be getting pinched more. Has a darker spot compared to the rest of the head at the end of the set

      Any ideas on what may be causing it?

        Yes. You have an elevated internal blood pressure.

        Either you are hanging with too much blood in the head and upper shaft, your wrap is too tight, your hanger is not tight enough, your bottom gap is not wide enough, you are attaching too far from the head, or you recently moved up a good bit in stress levels, or a combination of two or more of those.

          So after reading your feedback on the technique pics Bib you mentioned about how i have no top gap.

          My understanding of the hanger was that the penis would sit in the device with the hanger tightened so the teeth at the top would meet together with no gap.

          So should the hanger be attached with some gap at the top? I.E when the device is attached, it should be secure and grasping on to the penis and internals but the teeth at the top should NOT meet each other or be closed together?

          I may change up my underwrap to the one recommended in the pinned basics post, feel it will help to build a better WFG and bundle without having to use two strips of grey theraband.

            Where did you get that understanding? I have never, to my knowledge, written anything close to that. I have always said that the top teeth need to be slightly meshed when the hanger is very tight. That there should always be a bit of extra room to tighten more, just in case.

            Absolutely. When the hanger is very tight, the top teeth should be slightly meshed.

            Top teeth slightly meshed.

              Understood loud and clear
              You didn't write it, it was just my interpretation of it. Had to go back to the drawing board and read through the forums a little more

              Got the Hayabusa underwrap that's recommended on here and started using it. The feedback has been a big help and think it's help refined my technique more.

              Sticking to BTC with 7kg currently and managed to get a good grasp of the Palp test giving a result of 3 inches. I assume i should continue with BTC stretching to get whatever i can out of the ligs first?

                Yes. You want to stretch your ligs such that your LOT is 6, low skin exit point, and an inch or less of inner penis.
