    Hi Bib,

    Due to time constraints I am planning to do morning/evening split sessions with 20x3.

    I hang one set with my max weight(16.5 lbs) to reach fatigue and then do 20x2 (15lbs).

    Do I need to reach fatigue again with 16.5lbs the same day for next session or can I continue with 20x3 with 15lbs?

    You want to reach fatigue in the first set, of each or your sessions. Use the weight that does that, whether it is 16.5 or 15.
