What motivated you to go so far?

      NerdSince92,

      >What motivated you to go so far?<

No motivation whatsoever. I had the time and opportunity, so I just did it.

Most probably much more stress than was needed.

        I see.

What do yo mean? Are you referring to time you put in?

What about time off. Going on vacation or taking a break?

Well, it will extremely limit your progress. Not only disrupting ongoing deformation, but also it will allow for healing, and therefore added strength, plus loss of soft tissue conditioning.

Try your best not to miss days. But if you must, try to manually stretch, pull out adhesions. If you miss more than a couple of days, you will have to reduce weight, and move back up slowly.

Were you able to travel and continue hanging? Such as taking a flight somewhere?

For me, it did not come up. I did have to take off nine days one time for a trip, but there was no way I could hang.

So in summary...No days off equals higher potential for growth and gains.

At the very beginning, I took off weekends. But I do not know how many. Not long. No more than a month of that. Then one period of nine days that was unavoidable.

That is all I can remember.

After you were done with your hanging sets. Did you do anything to keep yourself extended afterwards, post hanging?

                              Yes, I stayed wrapped.

How soon did you notice gains when you started hanging? Were your gains steady and progressive over your 2 years?

Also...have you had any "hanging pupils" come close to your gains?
