    Bib you've been a great help to me. You've checked out my technique pics and said it's solid. I've been increasing in weight. I've hit 12lbs and the hanger is now slipping toward the glans. The wrap is not slipping after inspecting once a set is done. The wrap is over the glans and the hanger is near my glans but it's from the hanger and skin sliding over internals.

    I have read other posts about grasping internals with the hanger but I'm missing something. I tighten the hanger quite a lot so I think it's tight enough. I'm pulse pushing to form "shoulders". It usually doesn't work though.

    IF the hanger is slipping, you are not tightening enough, or you are not adjusting the hanger correctly. The only thing I can tell you is to send me the four technique pictures for evaluation.

    You pulse push to find the best place to finish tightening. The shoulders form when the hanger is tight enough, and weight is added.
