  • I’m at 5 lbs currently. I’ll dial the weight back as needed and keep applying the cream.

    Keep you posted.

First, you are having trouble, pain, hanging only five lbs? If so, you may be trying to tighten too much. Do you pulse push to check your attachment?

Next, are you using an antibiotic cream? Or petroleum jelly based?

      • You’re right about tightening too much. I figured that much and dialed back on it by testing the pulse push.

and I bought the cream you sent me. The exact one.

it is a petrolatum, water and glycerin base. (I’m reading from the inactive ingredients on the tube

          • chickrail,

Good on all of that. But be sure you work the ointment in really good. It will break up the scab a bit, and make hanging much more comfortable.

              • Update: did all 5 sets. 4 sets at 5lbs, last set at 4lbs.

i tightened up my wrap and made a few extra passes on the scabby area. That helped.

also didn’t tighten the hanger too much.

                all is well.
