    That number of sets is fine, as long as you do them every day. You do not need more.

    Move up in weight according to the NOS email. IF you need to move up, not reaching fatigue early in your sessions.

      Good. I currently fatigue at the beginning of 3rd set. I’ll stay consistent and see if it changes.

          I’ll see if fatigue starts to happen in the 1st or 2nd set, as opposed to the 3rd set

            That usually only happens when you move up in weight.
