      Keep hanging. Follow the stress progression to a weight that will bring on fatigue early in your sessions. Then ride the fatigue throughout.

        I re-did palpitation test and I believe it is 3-4”?

          Good! If the other two test correlate, then you have a lot of potential for gains from lig stretch. If true, you need to hang at the lower angles, especially BTC, for a long while.

            Up too 9lbs I have mostly been doing SD sitting back kind of... Ik there is a 90 degree difference but i can still feel around the top of the base... I will try more BTC to see if things progress?

              I highly recommend true BTC, with the pelvis parallel to the floor.

                Hey , I found extenders close to useless but I think the problem in your case is your ligs / tissues are conditioned by previous pe efforts and you need to step up the weight to reach fatigue. Fatigue meaning stress to the body basically encouraging it to change to cope with it. How do you know if your in fatigue ?Mild pain basically and indicator of mild damage which your body adapts to. For example if I walk everywhere barefoot my body adapts by growing thicker skin. I think you are still walking with shoes on. Also if you gained weight in concert with penis length it would seem you were gaining nothing , the fat pad is well documented to relate penile length. I started with 10kg and can do about 3 sets easy. Use cialis it improves circulation and therefore recovery. Also hanging heavier improves girth aswell as length. Anyway try 10kg. Go too heavy and erectile dysfunction kicks in for a bit.

                    Send me the four technique pictures by email, or post them in the pictures section.

                    I have no idea. Do you have potential for gains from lig stretch? What angles are you using? Do you read these forums to see what others have done? Are you reaching fatigue early in your sessions, and riding the fatigue for at least ten hours each week? Are you hanging every day?

                    You need to tell me what you are doing, on a consistent basis. Not just pop in and say you are not gaining. I have no idea where you have been, so it would be tough to give you advice.

                            I had a pretty good session yesterday, I am not really ever sore (trying to be lol), but question on fatigue... i got a new feeling in my unit... i would say similar to ‘growing pains’ i felt in my legs as a child?

                                I need four pictures only.

                                1. Wrapped bundle taken from the top of the shaft. Grasp the head and stretch out the shaft.

                                2. Bottom hex nut adjustments, taken from the bottom of the hanger.

                                3. Attachment point, hanger on, not tightened, taken from the top of the shaft.

                                4. Hanging pictures, taken from the top of the shaft. I must be able to see the head.

                                Please indicate the set in which the pictures were taken; 1st, 2nd, last, etc.

                                Be sure to detail any problems you are having, so that I can address them.

                                Be sure to attach the pictures to the email. Do NOT embed them.
