I read somewhere tonight, either here or thunders, about a guy that had prostate cancer(not from hanging) and was getting treatment for it. He was asking about the affects hanging would be while getting treated for prostate cancer. It might sound absurd to be worried about something like this, but I just want to be on the safe side.<

    I have never heard or read of anything like that, and cannot think of what the mechanism could possibly be to cause it.

      My dick is longer flacid when I stretch it out straight and down. This is obviously because I have been concentrating on BTC, I think. But when I stretch it to the side, it doesn't stretch out nearly as far. Is this my LOT, and should I be hanging UTL? The same happens a little bit when I stretch it straight up, but not as much.

      Current- FL=5
      SideBPEL=7.75-8

        I do not know what you mean by "Is this my LOT". It may be your next limiting factor. The thing is, you are making progress hanging standard BTC. So, if it were me, I would stick to that for now.

        Even if you need to hang UTL to affect the lateral suspensory ligs, you will still be hitting them fairly well hanging standard BTC. If you reach the point where you are having a hard time reaching fatigue, then you can start UTL.

            How do i have to stretch my penis to do this test?
            Do i have to grip below the glans and then stretch out?
            Can i do the test with an overhand grip (palms down)?

              Just grasp the head between thumb and forefinger. You do not have to stretch very hard.

                Hey Bib,
                i did the test one more time. This time i just grasped the glans and stretched out. I dont know why, but my LOT is higher now. I always had my grip below the glans (basically my whole hand is covering my stretched out shaft). I have a lower LOT when doing this (when stretching the shaft).

                I also dont know how hard i should stretch, the result depends on the force you put into the stretch.

                  It really does not matter much how great the stretch force is, within reason. All you are looking for is the point at which the ligs begin to take some of the load of the stretch, which will show in the amount of tugback from the kegal. The angle at which the ligs begin to interrupt the stretch from reaching the inner penis. That's it.

                  Now, the tugback from the kegal might be more noticeable, or less noticeable, depending on how much force is used to stretch. But since you are looking for only the change in amount of tugback, you should be able to notice that using almost any degree of stretch force.

                  It is probably easiest to see the change in tugback by just using a moderate stretch, about the amount of outward force provided during a normal erection. The tugback will be more pronounced, and the change in tugback should be also.

                    Wow, this was an hell of explanation, this makes it all more easier to understand.


                    Again, do you know why i got a different result when just grasping the glans instead of grapping under the glans? May be its, because when grapping under the glans, the whole hand is surrounding the penis, therefore you see a tuckback easier?

                    One more question, are we looking at the loss of tugback or just for the change of amount of tugback?
                    What exactly do you mean with "change in amount of tugback"?

                      No idea. Perhaps you are grasping more or less skin.

                      Both. You are looking for the angle at which the loss of tugback begins. For me, it is dramatic. For others, not so much. For example, almost every guy has a great tugback at 12. Then, as the angle of stretch goes down, at some angle, the tugback is not as great. That is when the ligs begin to interrupt the stretch from affecting the inner shaft. That is the LOT angle.

                      If the angle is high, say 9-11, then the ligs are very high and tight. There is great potential for gains from lig stretch, hanging at the lower angles, especially BTC.

                      If the angle is low, below 7, then the ligs are low and/or loose, or even small, and there is not great potential for gains from lig stretch. That guy should focus on the upper angles, with and without a fulcrum.

                        Ok, when just grasping the glans (my fingers are not touching any part of my shaft) i got a LOT at 9.

                        One more thing, can i go also by feel when doing the test? For example, i have a great tugback feeling located at my pc muscle at 12. The more i go down, the feeling is less prominent. The more i go down, i dont feel the pc muscle anymore. Hope its clear what i mean.

                          Yes, going by feel is what it is all about. Start at 12, like in your example. Work your way down until you no longer feel the tugback. Take note of the angle. That's your LOT.

                          LOT = Loss Of Tug. When You can no longer feel the tug, ie you lost the feeling, you know your LOT

                            If you grasp down on the shaft, it could be possible for the skin to interfer with the test.

                            Not if you grasp only by the head.

                            Actually no. The feeling might go along with what you see. But if you see that the tugback has lessened or stopped, that is mechanical evidence that the ligs have interrupted the stretch. Some guys may actually still feel a tugback far down, when the ligs have actully engaged.

                            I always recommend that guys go by sight when performing the test, not by feel.

                              Bib, I only have my personal experience to draw on, where sight and feel are the same. Guess that's what happens when I assume everyone is like me

                              Good point on the skin as well. I was assuming a firm grasp on internal structures.
