    Hi Bib,

    Recently I observed weak ejaculation while jerking off. Regime: 1 hr daily. On 11.25 lbs now.
    No erection problems. I always use my Fleshlight. This one was odd day, I used my hands and noticed the difference.

    Is this related or some injury ? please advise.

    In 20 years, I have never seen anyone write about weak ejaculation related to hanging.

      Maybe check out some daily Kegel workouts. I used to do them often to get a handle on my premature ejaculation. They are a whole lot easier to do than this pe. They basically strengthen the muscle one uses to control their ejaculation. With some time and effort I'm sure you'll improve ur issue. There's an app I used that helped me stay organized with the "workouts", lmk if u wanna know the name.

        I would advise heavily against that, they can actually make it worse if done too much. There was a guy on thundersplace years ago that had very bad premature ejaculation, and he went to the ends of the earth to fix it. A lot of it is psychological. But as for kegals you need to do the opposite, reverse kegals. To practice relaxing all that area. Half the reason we ejac is because all the pressure builds in that. Are a next to the nerves exciting them. At the very least do kegals and reverse Kegals
