You want to separate hanging and sex by a few hours. Hanging and sex both produce a refraction response, making the penis relatively more sensitive. So try to leave 2-4 hours after your last set, before you have sex.

Hanging after sex, more discomfort. Hanging produces a refraction response, much like ejaculation.

Sex immediately after hanging, may reduce EQ. Probably will.

Best to leave several hours between.
