    How do we know if we are targeting the suspensory ligament ? Im new to this and I feel a burn on the base , but just the top part not the whole base (not 360 around).
    how do we know if it’s skin or ligament being stretched ?

    Just the base on top. Can be skin and\or ligs.

    IF when you hang BTC, the skin at the base is very tight, it is taking a substantial portion of the stress.
