Bigger, Hello. I have 2 basic questions at your convenience. I noticed in your hanging history you logged in approximately 15 sets a day, and your goals were achieved in 2 years, Im trying to do the same, I don’t want to hang for the rest of my life. My 2 questions, are as followed -
1st question, is this ok to do ? I find it more effective that I reduced my weight max from 11 lbs to 8.5 , at this reduced weight I’m able to log in 15 sets, not the usual 7 sets at 11 lbs , Do you think this is counter productive as I had to decrease the weight?
Honestly I feel like I’m getting better time under tension at lower weight and I’m able to log in more sets. 8.5 lbs x15 sets. I’m happy with the feeling of the set , I notice more internal grab etc Question 2. Have you ever experienced minor blood from a bursted capillary at the tip of the urethra? I noticed this in a few sessions, I just backed off the weight and waited until it heals overnight then resume sets the next day, I don’t take any days off, I hope all is well. Thanks for your valuable time sincerely peforlife1. Have a pleasant evening.

Effective how? The goal is not to blindly hang sets. The goal is to hang sets while in good fatigue, deform tissues, and measure gains. You want to reach fatigue as early in your sessions as possible. I do not see how reducing your max weight by three lbs will do that.
>, at this reduced weight I’m able to log in 15 sets, not the usual 7 sets at 11 lbs , Do you think this is counter productive as I had to decrease the weight?<
You do NOT reduce your max weight to make your session last longer at that fake max weight. You hang you max weight, if possible, then reduce weight later, as needed to remain comfortable. So if I understand you correctly, you are not doing it right. Even if you have to reduce to half your max in later sets, while still riding fatigue, that is fine.

Do it however you want. But it makes no sense as far as defeating limiting factors, deforming tissues, and making gains.
>Question 2. Have you ever experienced minor blood from a bursted capillary at the tip of the urethra?<
Yes.

Understand that this is caused by high internal blood pressure. It is an indication of technique flaws.
