Thank you to who ever came up with this technique I really love it. It is definitely a stretch I could not do with not having in my PE arsenal.

I have been doing this stretch for the past couple of days, and I love the way it works. However, it is said that if you can hang for more than two sets at the same weight, it is time to move up the next day. Well, I hund 5 sets a 18.75 yesterday, and when I tried to hang at 20 today, I could not last hardly 10 minutes. So I guess, should I just stay at 18.75 for awhile? They are all with real nice fatigue too.Started-FL-3.5,EL-5.75,EG-5.25
Current- FL=5
SideBPEL=7.75-8
TopBPEL=6.50-7

Or actually, I think I have the answer because I couldn't last at 18.75 just now either while I was typing that last post. I guess my dick is real worn out from yesterday's 5 sets at that high amount.Started-FL-3.5,EL-5.75,EG-5.25

I am making my thingy as we speak.
1.) how do you know for sure if your duct tape has metal in it or not? Mine is just a regular roll from Office Depot, it appears to have no metal, but I want to be sure? Any particular brand?
2.) I made my fulcrum the proper height according to top of my chair and bottom of my unit. My question is how do we know how long to make it? The fulcrum should (of course) touch the back of the hanger right? should it go all the wayto your balls or does the length not matter?

Man, there are a million brands of duct tape. I would say if you cannot see any metal, then there probably is not. Perhaps the label says something?

For me, it was a bit of trial and error. You can MAKE it work by simply clamping it between your thighs, as long as it is not too long. I found it more comfortable letting it hit my butt, rather than my thighs.
Then, I found that making it taller, rather than longer, did the trick. It was simple to tape stuff to the bottom to make it taller. Gives a greater bend, which then requires less weight.

Not qutie sure what that means. The back of the skids of the hanger dig into the front of the fulcrum.

Well, the length matters, in relation to the length of your shaft, and the height of the fulcrum also. your balls should either be behind or on top of the fulcrum.

It takes a bit of tinkering, but stick with it. Well worth the effort.

The fatigue incurred from this technique is unparalled. It was my intention to only use the SO rice-sock angle as a secondary angle. However, considering the fatigue I currently feel, I will have work in additional time into my hanging schedule so as to be able to hang more than only 3 consecutive sets of these very wonderful exercises.Best,

Isn't it great? After learning of this from an email and trying it, I was amazed at the fatigue level one could reach. I can honestly say I never felt anything like this while hanging for gains. At least not on a day to day basis.

First, I doubt you have permanently missed out on anything.
As I have always said, gains are like the stock market, they go up and down, but the general trend is up.
What problems are you having? Did you take some time off or something?

No, just changed my wrapping technique. I think the tissues have healed stronger and it could be just weight.
