Hey!! I’m extremely new to PE. Ive been on a foreskin restoration journey for the past 4 years & recently realized that wasn’t my issue, I’m just small. I’m desperate for length & girth. I’ve tried the PeniMaster & it hasn’t worked out for me.

What is the best routine for the bib hanger & does it work for real? Im very discouraged about PE. Please help. I’m so insecure about my size, I have no interest in sex right now. I don’t feel comfortable naked.

    earnserial,

Most likely you will hang at the lower angles for a fairly long time. From BTC to SD. If you seriously want to gain, you have a lot to learn. It is not easy.

Probably the best thing for you to do is make your own homemade Bib hanger, and see if you even like hanging. Instructions are in the Basics section. Then read as much as possible.

Well, my bib arrived and I'm having a really hard time learning how to wrap my penis. I did not understand this part of the email: "If you ordered Theraband, use sharp scissors or nippers to cut it into three equal-width strips. The strips should be at least 24 inches long. There is a good thread on wrapping at the top of the hanger's forum at Thunder's Place, and a movie on wrapping in the tutorials section of Thunder's."

24 inches is 60 centimeters and why three strips if I'm only going to use one to wrap?

Sorry, I'm not a native speaker of English and I didn't understand that part of the instruction email.

Because it will wear out over time, and you will need more strips.

But depending on your length, you may need two equal width strips, rather than three.

If you need any help, just ask.

So should I wrap my penis with a 60cm strip all at once? This length that caused me the doubt because it seemed to me a lot of turns.

It depends on your overall size. What is your length and girth?

Every good wrapped bundle should have these characteristics:

Enough wrapped shaft to attach the hanger at least a quarter inch behind the leading edge of the wrap, as seen from the side, midline of the shaft.

If possible, enough wrapped shaft to tape the last pass BEHIND the hanger attachment area.

ONE pass of wrap at the top, toward the head, then drop back an eighth inch for the next pass, then another eighth inch for the next. This is to prevent a hard edge of wrap pushing against the nerve bundle, on top of the shaft, behind the head.

Then enough wrapped girth, so that you can make the bottom gap larger than the top gap, when the hanger is very tight. Top teeth almost to slightly meshed.

Next, the first passes of wrap need to be passive, with little tension on them. Then, you pull more tension on the later passes, where the hanger attaches, to make a solid, stable bundle. This effectively collects the skin, and prevents pinching.

Use the least amount of wrap, possible , at the attachment point, to meet those criteria. But cut your wrap longer, to go through the trial and error process of seeing how many passes of wrap you need in the attachment zone. Also, you can wrap any excess behind the hanger attachment area.

So a few guys can get by with 15 inches. Some require 24, and some much more. Also, many guys perfer and underwrap. You have to do a little experimenting, to find what works for you best.

Bib, do you have any gmail for me to share with you some videos and photos for you to evaluate how I am doing the wrapping and arranging the hanger?

                  I need four pictures only.

                  1. Wrapped bundle taken from the top of the shaft. Grasp the head and stretch out the shaft.

                  2. Bottom hex nut adjustments, taken from the bottom of the hanger.

                  3. Attachment point, hanger on, not tightened, taken from the top of the shaft.

                  4. Hanging pictures, taken from the top of the shaft. I must be able to see the head.

Please indicate the set in which the pictures were taken; 1st, 2nd, last, etc.

Be sure to detail any problems you are having, so that I can address them.

Be sure to attach the pictures to the email. Do NOT embed them.

I sent the photos you requested to your email. Please let me know if they match what you asked for, I'm not entirely sure I understand.

OK, with the information in this thread, and your pictures, I can probably help you a little more. Do the things I told you to do, but I will most likely have more recommendations.

After you adjust your inner hex nuts, it may be that the amount of wrap you are using is fine, You should also be able to close the hanger much easier.

                        Two more questions for now:

What did you think of the wrap I made?

How much hanging time per day do you recommend? With breaks between sessions?

It is ok. But I need to see it in the context of a well adjusted hanger.

Did you get the NOS email with the stress progression? You should slowly work up to hanging for your available privacy time, or four hours, whichever is less. That is about two sets per hour with ten minute rest periods.

If I can ever help let me know as I found it hard....I started
months ago and only getting it now. It's really hard but you gotta just stick with it . If you want it enough just don't give up. But dont hurt yourself either.

You have listen to bib and get the hanger set up, and you wrap method so that the hanger has a smaller top gap than bottom gap at a minimum. (When it is just about as tight as you can get it...and after the stages of tightening)
