    Wanted to post two topics that are sort of intertwined here. I need to hang 15+ lbs to reach to fatigue at this point and wondered who has hit these problems.

    After a set or two, I start to get significant fluid build-up in front of the wrap on the underside of the penis. This is from where the wrap pushes forward. I basically get two fluid filled bumps, one on each corpus cavernosum chamber at the top of the shaft. This discomfort is now the primary reason I have to reduce weight, not fatigue.

    Did you experience this issue ever?

    Also, I have found that the type of underwrap I use is critical in being able to comfortably hang the initial sets that will bring on fatigue. I have tried Hayabusa hand wrap and gauze. I found that I’ve experienced the most comfort with using a fresh unwrapped 2x2 gauze pad. The cost of that is around .14 a pad, so that’s not too bad. I wonder what you used for your underwrap when you were hanging your heaviest weights (45 lbs).

    Sure, till I learned good technique. You probably need to pull your bottom shaft skin back more with each pass of wrap, as you spiral down. You can get a firmer grip grasping the scrotal skin, and pulling it back. Then, your first couple of passes of wrap need to be passive, with little tension pulled on them. Then you pull more tension on the passes of wrap in the attachment zone, to make a solid, stable bundle.

    I only used Tband, unless my skin was irritated. When that occurred, I used a medium density sweat shirt material, that was soft, and a little elastic.

      I will try to put more tension pulling back on the skin as I wrap. This issue concerns the area in front of the wrap however. No matter how taught I pull the skin, there is skin in front of the wrap. Would you advise wrapping closer to the head? I'm wrapping 1 inch from the coronal ridge so there is an inch of skin in front of the wrap right now.

        I know.

        I would need to see what it looks like, but probably so. An inch is a lot for most guys.

          I have emailed you technique pictures previously and made the adjustments. Are you saying that I probably would need to attach closer to the head to prevent the issue? Or are you saying that I should stick to attaching 1 inch from the coronal ridge?

            I have no idea. I would have to see what you are doing now, to have any hope of advising you correctly. Did I tell you your technique was good?

            Again, I would have to see. I help a lot of guys, and look at a lot of technique pictures. No way I can remember what your parameters are. Plus, you have identified a problem, so now I need to see what you are doing now that could have caused it.
