Hey bigger, what do you think about putting up a progress sticky for everyone to keep track of all's progress? Guys can list amount of hangs X weight amounts, etc.

PE stats for all to post...
Yssupforetae(aka-JH),03/01/07- Hanging BTC only right now. Starting at 12.5lb/20min,11.25lb/20min,10lb/20min, 8.75lb/20min,7.5lb/20min. All with 10+minutes break inbetween. Sometimes half in morning,half at night. Last measurments(2/23)=Side BPEL-7in,Top BPEL-6.5. Next measurment-3/17Started-FL-3.5,EL-5.75,EG-5.25
Current- FL=5
SideBPEL=7.75-8
TopBPEL=6.50-7
Side BPFSL=7.75-8.25

ive been hangin for a lil over a week and it seems ive alrdy gained 1/4th of an inch, does that sound impossible? im pretty sure i measured the same way, is it possible where i did manual stretches and lost my slight gains with that, im just gettin back to where i was real easilly? ive only been hanging 1-2 hours a night, also should u not ejaculate right after hanging or awhile b4?

I've been told that ejaculating does not affect length gains, only girth. As far as your recent gains are concerned, I have no idea. But I'm sure Bib will let you know what he thinks. Good luck and congrats if they are for real.Started-FL-3.5,EL-5.75,EG-5.25

Quick early gains are not unusual, but they usually slow. Then the real work begins.

That is also not unusual.

There is a refraction response right after ejaculation, where the penis is more sensitive than normal. Other than that, and concerning gains, I know of no physiological reason for not ejaculating in relation to hanging or gains.

I'm 33 years old (soon to be 34) with a LOT of about 8.5.
So far I'm just doing a really basic routine of warmup/ cooldown, with stretches / jelqs/ kegels (I've just worked up to about 15 minutes of each/ still only doing 50 kegels).
I have had some slight soreness after my routine (never any pain), but it seems to go away pretty quickly (usually by the next day it's gone/ or sometimes simply after applying heat with a rice sock, things feel pretty good). I've been measuring progress over the days, and pretty early I saw a 1/8" gain, and today I measured a 1/4" in BPEL gains. (I'm only measuring from the top of the shaft).
Start: Early June 08 BPEL 6" EG 4.88"
Now: 23 June 08 BPEL 6.25" EG ?
Goal: 8.5" BPEL
If I could only gain half of what Bib/ Bigger did, I think I'll be pretty happy (the last time I checked, it seems he gained 4.5"--pretty ridiculous). Like Bib/ Bigger I work from home (at least while he was doing his PE), so I'm ready to put some time into this by multi-tasking. I hope I can get 2" by the end of my first year of PEing--and maybe (if I'm lucky) I could get half of that (1") by lig stretching alone (fingers crossed).
I've been spending a lot of hours researching PE on forums, and I'm convinced hanging is the way to go. You could also say I'm a fan of Bib's LOT theory and overall PE methodology as well (no B.S. / straightforward). I have read both criticism and support in reference to the LOT theory--and at least from an academic standpoint, I believe Bib's theory is accurate. I plan on testing it on myself as well (i.e. why I'm posting here).
I am hoping I can work up to hanging 8-9 hours a day (basically a full workday) by the time I hit the 6 month mark. I'm really only doing preparatory stuff right now-- I hope it's ok that I posted my starting point (I'm not really hanging yet--but I will be soon!). I plan on following up with progress.

I first came to this forum maybe 2+ years ago. I was told by Bigger that he had this site, while getting support from him on Thunders. I started out hanging BTC after alot of research on Thunders, and my starting length was 5.75 inches just by laying the ruler on top of my shaft, not pushing into the bone or anything. I really should have kept stats on everything because I don't know what I was when I started doing BP measuring. I just wanted a bigger dick like everyone, haa :lol: . I gained what I thought was 1 inch doing BTC, and then the rest by doing the RS/DT fulcrum. I stopped gaining after just under 2 years of hanging(don't really recall that time frame either), and it was suggested by many that I take a decon break. So I stopped for about a year(I remember when I stopped because it was just before I went on a trip for Christmas). Now I have been trying to get back into hanging. I only measure BPFSL, and my starting point this time was 7.25 side BPFSL. I am currently at 8 side BPFSL on my best measuring days(they always seem to flucuate between about .25). When I stopped for my decon, I was at 8.25 side BPFSL, and that is what I am currently trying to get back to.
My regiment/routine-
When I first started back,and I guess when I originally started doing the fulcrum, I was doing it a bit wrong. I was sitting "back" in my chair, and therefore the rope/chain was hitting the chair, thus creating a bit of resistance. I started back off at a weight of 20 lbs, not knowing what I could max out at. I quickly got up to 27.5 lbs, which was my max weight doing it the "wrong" way. Once I figured out I needed to slide "forward" in my chair, and let the rope/chain just hang straight down, my max weight quickly dropped. Now I am starting off at a max weight of 23.25. The routine is as follows:
1) 23.25 for 20 min
2) 22.5 for 20 min
3) 22.5 for 20 min
4) 20 for 20 min
This routine is obviously just a target for me to try and reach for a daily session, and it changes due to work and time issues. But the weight amounts and time are correct. And the fourth set isn't always achieved for similar reasons stated.

Hey guys just wanted to post my progress. I am not sure of my total length gained from my hanger b/c my recordings have been acidentally ruined but just from doing SD + BTC inconsistently (got new girl friend followed by a baby) over the last two years I have gained exactly 1'' of length ATLEAST.
1 week ago I started a new PE routine which I plan on sticking with every day. I live alone now so I can get atleast 6-7 sets in spread through out the day evenly along with a little manual work. I am hoping I can manage to get 1/2'' of length every 12 months.
After one more inch I think I will be satisfied with length and then begin girth work. I will keep you guys updated if you are interested.
Also bib I have never really been able to hang consistently enough to get to high weights to fatigue my lig's that much but I have gained this length, my LOT is still at 9 so do you think my gains came from the Tunica? The LOT is the very first sign of lost of tugback right?

It is possible. But more likely, you did gain some from lig stretch. Just not enough to significantly change your LOT.

Correct. IF you can notice a change, then the ligs are beginning to engage.
